AboutYou:

You’re someone who takesownership and makes thingshappen:

• Proven experience inlogistics, import/export or supply chain (FMCG or foodmanufacturing is a big plus)
• Strong knowledgeof international trade, customs compliance andIncoterms
• Experience managing freightforwarders, 3PLs and logisticspartners
• Comfortable working with ERP/WMSsystems and data (Excel skills essential)
• Anatural problem-solver with strong organisational and negotiationskills
• Confident communicating and influencingacross teams and stakeholders
• A continuousimprovement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma experience is abonus)

KeyResponsibilities:

• Imports& Exports
• Own all import and exportactivity — documentation, compliance, freight anddelivery
• Ensure shipments meet UK, EU andinternational trade and food safetyregulations
• Build strong relationships withfreight forwarders, hauliers and customsagents
• Monitor shipments, troubleshoot delaysand keep everything moving
• Logistics &Warehouse Operations
• Oversee the flow of goodsfrom supplier to production and factory tocustomer
• Work closely with warehouse teams toimprove stock accuracy and efficiency
• Track anddrive performance through KPIs (delivery, cost, turnaround,inventory)
• Support peak periods, productlaunches and promotional planning
• ContinuousImprovement
• Lead initiatives to streamlineprocesses, reduce waste and improveperformance
• Use data to identify opportunitiesand drive smarter ways of working
• Collaboratewith Supply Chain, Production, Procurement and Qualityteams
• Deliver clear reporting and insights tosupport business decisions
