What will I do?
Due to our current General Manager being offered an opportunity at another property within the group, we find ourselves in the rareposition of advertising this role. Weare seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Resort General Manager, avisionary leader who can inspire and influence a high performing team, bringour values to life and maximise sales & revenue to deliver outstandingresults. You will create unforgettable guest experiences and continue totake the Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort on its journey to becoming a ‘destinationof choice’.
Is this the role for me?
- Passionateabout continually driving top line performance.
- Previous experience operating a large M&E, Golf, Leisure & Spa,or multifaceted hotel.
- Proven track record in developing, rolling out and operating successful concepts.
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
- Create a culturefocused on delivering the highest levels of customer scores and online reputation.
- Have visibility within the property.
- An ability to think for oneself whilstunderstanding the difference between autonomy and accountability.
- Strong business acumen coupled with knowledge & understanding of allcommercial and financial aspects of hotel operations.
- Identifypotential opportunities and challenges and devise strategies to dealeffectively with both.
- Highly passionate & driven about hospitality.
