General Manager – Multi-Concept Hospitality Estate

COREcruitment is recruiting a General Manager for a multi-concept hospitality venue in Bristol. You will take complete ownership of a 15,000 sq ft site with multiple bars, four independent kitchens, an events space, private dining, terraces and rooftop facilities.

We are looking for a hospitality operator who can manage a large, complex business, spanning morning coffee through late-night service, with strong people leadership and a focus on guest experience and commercial success.
