From the moment a client signs their contract through to the final invoice, you’ll take ownership of their event journey, bringing together every detail to ensure a seamless experience from planning to delivery.
As our Events Planning Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of two Events Planners, working closely with our GCE Sales team and hotel operations to turn confirmed events into exceptional experiences.
Whether you’re meeting with clients to finalise menus and event details, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience, coordinating teams across the hotel or managing events on the day, you’ll be the person making sure everything comes together seamlessly.
You’ll also have a strong commercial focus, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue through F&B, AV, room upgrades and additional services, while building relationships that encourage clients to return.
