Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) is seeking a Business Development Manager to source and close deals with property owners who host telecom infrastructure across a regional UK territory.

In this client-facing, revenue-driven role, you will build trust, present offers, review leases, and coordinate with Legal, Underwriting and Operations to move opportunities from first contact to close. A hybrid work model and travel within your region are expected.
