Team Leader – Supported Living (Independence & Growth)

Lifeways Group in Prudhoe is seeking a Team Leader for our Supported Living Service. You will work closely with the Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operation and ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise a dedicated team of Support Workers, coordinate rotas, monitor timesheets, promote health and safety, safeguarding and wellbeing, and contribute to service improvement.
