GXO are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our B&Q site in Blyth. You will lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence across all activities, ensuring accurate orders and timely delivery.
This full-time, permanent role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, rotating 07:00–17:00 and 13:00–23:00 weekly. Salary up to £31,000 per year plus 25 days’ leave, pension, GXO University, and various perks to support work-life balance.
