England Rugby is seeking a Club Developer to join the Clubs & Communities team on a permanent, remote basis, covering Cumbria & Northumberland. The role offers a salary around £35,000 per year and requires 35 hours weekly with regular regional travel.
As the Club Developer, you will support clubs to operate sustainably, diversify revenues, grow volunteers, and build effective club management structures while promoting inclusion and RFU values. DBS check will be required.
