Customer Experience Advisor — Retail Banking (Sheffield)

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Sheffield branch, 35 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You’ll be the friendly face, listener and problem solver for customers, handling in-branch transactions, assisting with technology and supporting calls from our contact centre.

The starting salary is £25,000 with a £500 flexible allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus.
