Neighbourhood Housing Officer — Tenancy & Community Impact

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer (Housing) in Frome to provide an effective landlord service and build communities our customers are proud to live in.

You will advise people, resolve complex issues, and have experience in dispute resolution, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Contract is for 3 months in Somerset.

The role focuses on enforcing landlord strategies, conducting inspections, and managing tenancies with multi-agency collaboration.
