What You’ll Do

• Grow and develop a thriving territory
• Win new business while protecting and expanding existing accounts
• Sell through dealers into dental practices and schools – groups and independents
• Build relationships with dentists, practice managers and clinical teams
• Drive sales through consultative, value-led conversations

Who You Are

• Must be from the dental industry – product knowledge is essential!
• Field sales experience
• Commercially driven and confident winning new business
• Happy to be customer-facing every day
• Full UK driving licence

The Package

• £35-55K basic
• 20% OTE (paid quarterly)
• Hybrid company car
• Healthcare, pension & 25 days holiday
