Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager, Product and Payments

Overview

As Senior Compliance Manager for UK Commercial Bank, you will lead regulatory compliance for Payments and Products, advising senior management and ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory changes. You will assess and challenge regulatory risk, embed compliance into change activity, and serve as the primary compliance contact for payments and products. This role sits in the Regulatory Compliance oversight function and supports business growth within a global banking leader.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess Regulatory Compliance risks related to Payments and Products
• Challenge senior management on first-line risk controls for Payments and Products
• Interpret and embed policies, procedures and regulatory changes from a compliance perspective
• Be the primary point of contact on Regulatory Compliance matters for UK Commercial Bank’s payments and products
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure policy adherence and smooth integration of regulatory changes

Key requirements
