Associate HV Electrical Project Manager – Data Centres (Nordics)

Overview

In this role, you will lead HV electrical packages for hyperscale data centre projects, guiding them from pre-construction through close-out. You’ll coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to secure schedules and budgets while driving value engineering and rigorous documentation. The position supports a major data centre build with potential international travel, contributing to Arcadis’ mission of sustainable, high-impact infrastructure. You’ll work within the Project Management team to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes that meet client and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage Master Project Schedule and Budget with client and GC
• Support pre-qualification, bids, analysis and recommendations for subcontractors
• Assist in contract negotiations and owner-direct vendor scoping/scheduling
• Manage General Contractor and on-site vendors; coordinate value engineering during construction
• Support budget management, tracking, and schedule monitoring with client teams
• Lead close-out activities: documentation, warranties, O&M manuals, and warranties
• Assist with inspections and occupancy processes with authorities as needed
• Coordinate owner-direct vendors/consultants scheduling and management

Key requirements

• Experience delivering HV packages on large-scale projects
• Ability to manage multiple technical disciplines
• Experience with data centre new builds and refurbishments, preferably hyperscale
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Familiarity with local Finnish legislation
