Overview

In this role, you join Deloitte’s Real Estate Advisory Development team to help shape complex development and regeneration projects across public and private sectors. You’ll work within a cross-functional group delivering planning, land assembly, appraisal and development advisory services for high-profile clients. The role offers exposure to varied, large-scale schemes and the opportunity to grow across different areas while collaborating in an inclusive, high-performance culture. Responsibilities

  • Advising on development options, site feasibility/viability and delivery strategies
  • Running complex development appraisals and cash flow modelling
  • Running marketing and development partner procurement exercises
  • Preparing Business Cases for investment
  • Preparing client reports
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Providing holistic advice on the delivery of major regeneration and infrastructure schemes
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture

Key requirements

  • MRICS qualified (or equivalent) with degree and/or relevant post graduate qualification
  • Extensive post-qualification experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills
  • High attention to detail and highly organised
  • Able to act independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient user of Excel, Argus and AI platforms
