Hunter Savage is hiring on behalf of a leading international law firm to appoint a Real Estate Finance Lawyer into its London practice. This is an opportunity to join a market-leading team advising on domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions.
The role offers high-quality work across a range of real estate asset classes, including hotels and leisure, private rented sector, student accommodation, logistics and offices.
The Opportunity
This Real Estate Finance Lawyer position provides a broad practice spanning development finance, hotel finance, Islamic finance and mezzanine finance. The successful candidate will support major banks, debt funds, insurers, financial institutions, investors, developers, blue-chip property companies and family offices on complex transactions.
Practice Focus
The team acts for both lenders and borrowers across domestic and cross-border real estate finance matters, working across a variety of financing structures and asset classes. The role offers close exposure to Partners and experienced colleagues, with scope to contribute to business development and continued professional development.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should be qualified lawyers with at least one year of post-qualification experience and relevant real estate finance experience gained at a major law firm. Strong technical knowledge, drafting ability, commercial judgement and client relationship skills are required, alongside a proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
