Human Resources Operations Manager

We are looking for HR Operations Manager who can come in quickly and take ownership of a number of operational HR workstreams.

The role would suit someone who has previously led or managed:

• Payroll operations and/or payroll implementation
• HR systems implementation or transformation
• HR Shared Services / People Operations
• Benefits administration and implementation
• HR operational processes, controls and supplier relationships
• Change programmes where systems, payroll and people processes need to transition at pace

This is very much a hands-on delivery role rather than a purely strategic HR position. We need somebody comfortable getting into the detail, identifying gaps, coordinating suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the operational side of HR continues to run effectively through change.

Location: Central Manchester, hybrid working

Contract: Interim / FTC 6 months
