Principal Consulting Lead / Business Architect
Contract | 6 Months | £500–£600 per day | 1–2 days per week | Remote
We are looking for an experienced Principal Consulting Lead / Business Architect to support a large enterprise client on a strategic business engagement and discovery programme.
This is a senior, client-facing role focused on building trusted relationships, understanding business challenges and identifying opportunities for transformation across Data, AI and Digital.
Responsibilities
- Engage senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations and HR
- Identify business challenges, opportunities and improvement areas
- Support discovery activities, interviews and workshops
- Translate business context into actionable insights
- Shape transformation opportunities and future initiatives
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders
- Identify areas where additional consulting and technology support could add value
Experience
We are looking for someone with a strong background in:
- Business Architecture
- Management / Technology Consulting
- Business Transformation
- Senior Business Analysis
- Stakeholder engagement and discovery
- Opportunity shaping and client advisory
Experience within a consultancy, professional services organisation or complex enterprise environment would be highly beneficial.
Contract Details
Rate: £500–£600 per day
Commitment: 1–2 days per week initially
Location: Remote – no onsite travel currently expected
Start: October 2026
Duration: Initial engagement through to March 2027
There is potential for the level of engagement to increase as further Business Analysis and Business Architecture requirements emerge.
