The business is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in Data Centres, White Collar Construction, Engineering, Energy or Executive Search.
With an average fee of around £40,000 and commission of up to 35%, this is an opportunity for an ambitious recruiter to operate in a high-value, international market.
The opportunity
You will join an established specialist recruitment operation in Dubai, working across high-value mandates within:
- Data Centres & Mission Critical
- Energy & Infrastructure
- Engineering
- White Collar Construction
- Executive Search / C-Suite
- International infrastructure projects
You will have the opportunity to develop your own client relationships, manage senior-level mandates and build a highly lucrative recruitment desk.
What we’re looking for
Ideally, you will have:
- 3+ years’ recruitment experience
- Experience within Data Centre, Construction, Engineering, Energy or Executive Search recruitment
- A proven track record of billing and winning business
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Experience managing senior candidates and client stakeholders
- A commercially driven and entrepreneurial approach
- The ambition to build a career in Dubai and work within an international market
