We’re a premium architectural hardware brand, designing and manufacturing switches, sockets, lighting and hardware that work seamlessly together. As we continue to grow across the UK, Europe, the US and the UAE, we’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our marketing team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity, data and commercial thinking to drive results.
You’ll manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and Pinterest, helping to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness across multiple international markets.
Working closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, creative team and ecommerce specialists, you’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, test new ideas and make a genuine impact as we continue to build our in-house paid media capability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and Pinterest.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Test audiences, creative, landing pages and bidding strategies.
- Support paid media activity across multiple international markets.
- Produce performance reports and actionable insights.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive growth.
About You
- Experience managing paid media campaigns, either in-house or agency-side.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A commercial mindset and passion for performance marketing.
- The ability to balance attention to detail with a test-and-learn approach.
Desirable
- Experience with Pinterest.
- Experience working within ecommerce.
- Experience managing campaigns across international markets.
