Caring Futures is a UK-registered company supporting British nationals living across Europe to access UK benefits they may be entitled to.
We are a fast-growing business and are now looking for a confident and professional Sales Executive to join our team. This is a self-employed position.
This is a key role where you will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, responsible for building trust with potential clients and guiding them into our application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and manage inbound leads
- Build rapport and understand each client’s situation
- Clearly explain our services and how we can help
- Book clients into application calls with our Benefit Specialists
- Manage and update CRM system daily
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Follow up with clients and confirm appointments 24 hours in advance
- Ensure a smooth journey from first contact to confirmed application
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or telesales (essential)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Comfortable speaking with older clients and handling sensitive conversations
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems preferred
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to follow a structured sales process
Preferred Background
Experience in any of the following will be advantageous:
- Healthcare or care services
- Insurance or financial services
- High-volume lead environments
You do not need direct experience with UK benefits, full training will be provided.
