Midweight Graphic Designer

Major Players is working with a fast-scaling D2C brand based in London to hire a midweight graphic designer with exceptional craft and taste.

Responsibilities:

• Owning campaign design end to end, across social, email and web
• Supporting retail and trade materials alongside core marketing output
• Keeping brand guidelines (colour, typography, tone) consistent across every channel
• Managing multiple design briefs from different teams at once, prioritising effectively
• Producing accurate, on-brand layouts to tight timelines

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years as a midweight designer, ideally with DTC or consumer brand experience
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proven range across email, social and web, not just one channel
• Strong grounding in typography, colour theory and layout, with genuinely high attention to detail
• UI/UX, motion or Figma experience a bonus
