Senior Property Manager, Central London
An exciting Senior Property Manager role with a salary of £55,000 to £80,000 plus commission and career progression opportunities for a permanent role based in our Marylebone, London office.
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 50 years ago. The company operates over 4000 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.
The role

Working alongside an innovative property and technology led company you will be tasked with working alongside a team of driven individuals and finding and delivering sales opportunities across the UK.
Minimum 5 years of Real Estate experience, in any capacity is required
Main Responsibilities
Duties will include:
- Finding new opportunities for the new business
- Providing dynamic and creative ideas for the team
- Fostering strong, last relationships with clients over a period of time
- To be able to understand instructions and to deliver on targets set
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded consistently
Skills:
- Ambition and drive to grow within the team
- High levels of enthusiasm and motivation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills on the phone and in person
- Ability to be self-motivated and engaged with the team
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
- Must be well groomed and well presented at all times
- Computer literate (Word and Excel) – training is provided
- Language skills an advantage but not essential
- Professional outlook and ability to communicate
