?? Our IT Performance Analytics & Asset Management team helps turn data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the business. Working closely with stakeholders throughout IT and the wider organisation, the team delivers performance reporting, analytics and asset management activities that drive efficiency, improve visibility and ensure technology investments are managed effectively. As a small, collaborative team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing a broad range of skills.What You Can Expect In This RoleYoull play a key role in delivering performance reporting, analytics and asset management activities across ITYoull work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping to turn reporting needs into meaningful insightsYoull contribute to the creation of dashboards, KPIs and management reports that support operational and strategic decision-makingYoull identify trends and opportunities through data analysis, supporting process improvement and continuous improvement initiativesYoull support hardware and software asset management, helping to maintain accurate records, track stock and support licence optimisationYoull have opportunities to learn, develop and grow within the role, including exposure to tools such as Power BIYoull be supported by experienced colleagues who want you to succeedWhat You Might BringPrevious experience in an analytical or reporting roleStrong Excel skills and confidence working with dataStrong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify trends and insightsExperience creating reports, dashboards or performance metricsEffective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholdersA curious and proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvementAsset management experience would be beneficial, but not essentialSelf-motivated, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities independentlyA collaborative, customer-focused approach and a desire to learn and develop??
