A leading London-based investment management firm is seeking a Strategic Design Lead to define and evolve the future-state business design of its Asset Management Platforms.

Sitting within the Strategy function, the role provides the architectural and capability lens across the change portfolio – ensuring that transformation initiatives form part of a connected capability roadmap rather than proceeding as isolated projects. It is a senior, upstream appointment with direct exposure to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into future business capabilities, operating model improvements and organisational design
• Define and maintain the future-state business architecture across Asset Management Platforms
• Establish and own the capability roadmap underpinning the change portfolio
• Partner with senior leadership, Strategic Change Leads, Asset Management stakeholders and Enterprise Architecture

Requirements

• Substantial experience in business design, operating models, strategic transformation or organisational design
• A track record of influencing at senior and executive level
• Financial services or investment management background preferred; buy-side experience particularly welcome
