We are looking for an experienceProject Director to lead the successful delivery of construction projects. Youwill take overall responsibility for operational, commercial and financialperformance, while leading high-performing teams and building strongrelationships with clients and key stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunityfor a construction leader to shape project delivery, drive continuousimprovement and make a lasting impact across the business.

Your main duties:

• Leadproject delivery from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects aredelivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Driveoperational and commercial performance, overseeing budgets, costs, margins,forecasts, risks, programmes and contractual requirements.
• Lead anddevelop project teams, ensuring effective resource planning, mobilisation,collaboration and high performance.
• Manage keyrelationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internalstakeholders, acting as a senior representative of the Company.
• Promotecontinuous improvement and innovation, challenging existing processes andconstruction methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, cost and programme.
• Ensurecompliance and responsible delivery, maintaining high standards of Health &Safety, governance, CSR and sustainability across projects.
