Role Responsibilities:IdealCandidate:
- Level 3qualification or above in early yearseducation.
- Experience in an early yearssetting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as aNursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or NurseryPractitioner.
- Strong leadership,organisational, and communicationskills.
- Passionate about fostering children’sdevelopment and creating positive relationships withfamilies.

- Lead theplanning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculumin your room.
- Create a safe, stimulating, andinclusive learning environment for children.
- Foster a high-performing team through supportiveleadership and collaboration.
- Oversee thedevelopment and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress istracked and communicated with parents.
- Take onthe role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development andpersonal care needs of a group of children.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining aclean and secure environment.
