Warehouse Operatives
on both AM and PM shifts to join our team in a warehouse in
Northampton (NN4)
with immediate start.The right candidates, will have the opportunity to work in a safe environment and have access to diverse career paths within an international group that is the leader in its sector.Youll join the existing teams working in various departments with full training being provided.Your Responsibilities:Supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation depending on the department: pick, pack and scan stock accurately into locations/ process & QC returns/ load & unload vehicles and other warehouse activities.Carry out manual handling tasks safelyFollow training and processes to meet quality standardsWork to daily and weekly performance targetsSupport the wider warehouse team when requiredAdapt during peak periods, including being trained to assist in a different departmentCarrying out stock movement and general warehouse duties.Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.Skills, Experience & Abilities Required:To be successful in this role, you will:Be reliable and committed to ongoing workBe willing to learn and complete trainingBe able to work any 5 days out of 7 as per the rotaBe comfortable with manual handlingAdvantages:You will be working for a prestigious international retailer in UKAll training will be provided from the very startOn site parkingOn site engagement activitiesIf you are interested in this position ,
