We are currently recruiting for Part-Time Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team based in Preston Brook. This role involves mainly sorting flat-pack furniture and white goods within a warehouse environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSorting flat-pack furniture and white goods for dispatchPicking and loading products using handheld scannersOperating MHE, including PPT and Reach TrucksCarrying out basic quality checks prior to dispatchMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentAdhering to all health and safety procedures and site policiesSupporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as requiredRequirementsPrevious warehouse experience is essentialPrevious PPT, LLOP, or Reach Truck experience is desirableAbility to undertake repetitive manual handling and heavy liftingComfortable handling large and bulky items, including furniture and white goodsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work effectively as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and hardworking approachWillingness to learn new skills and undertake additional trainingGood understanding of health and safety practices
