Lead Critical Care Education & Practice Development

County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Practice Development Educator to lead education, training and professional development within Critical Care. The role involves teaching, coaching, simulation and clinical skills, supporting competency development and contributing to service priorities.

The post requires an experienced Critical Care Nurse with teaching qualifications or willingness to work towards PGCE, and a flexible approach to shifts across Trust sites.
