Senior Residential Child Care Leader Shaping Young Lives

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Senior Residential Child Care Worker for roles based in Morecambe and Lancaster. The post involves leading a team of RCCWs, caring for children in residential settings, and contributing to care planning and safeguarding.

The role includes a rota with days, evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts. We seek individuals with at least 3 years in children’s social care or residential settings, QCF Level 4 or NVQ Level 3/4, and strong safeguarding knowledge.
