Cornerstone Community Care is seeking a female carer to support an elderly lady at home for 20 hours per week, helping maintain independence and safety following Alzheimer’s diagnosis.
Responsibilities include prompting with medication, assisting at meals, bedtime support and personal care such as wigs and overall hygiene. A driver is essential due to rural location. PVG membership will be required; training will be provided.
