Pub Assistant Manager – Guest Experience & Ops

Sussex Inns is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy pub in Chichester. You will work closely with the general manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service, staff supervision, and a positive work environment.

You will assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, health & safety compliance, and help drive sales through events and promotions while managing costs and vendor relationships.
