Kitchen Manager — Lead Food Quality & Team Excellence

The Lion Hotel in Worksop, part of the Frasers Group, is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and uphold exceptional food standards. You will manage stock, labor costs, and a busy service while fostering a positive kitchen culture.

Ideal candidates have previous Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and thorough knowledge of food safety, allergens, and HACCP.
