• Supporting children with their learning and development across all areas
• Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong, trusting relationships
• Working 1:1 or in small groups alongside the class teacher
• Creating a safe and welcoming environment where students feel happy and supported
• Helping every child reach their full potential
• Providing personal care where required
