Lead Waste Collection Driver (Category C) – Team Lead

Test Valley Borough Council in Andover is seeking a Category C Waste Collection Driver to join our environmental services team. You will drive a waste collection vehicle, supervise a small crew, and ensure rounds are completed safely and efficiently.

The role is 37 hours per week with a salary of £29,334–£31,937 per annum. Candidates must hold a Category C (HGV) licence and a Driver CPC; experience supervising a team and good communication are essential.
