Lead Restaurant Chef – Fast-Paced, Apprenticeships

Butlin’s in Skegness is seeking an experienced Chef to lead a section in a busy buffet kitchen, supporting the Junior Kitchen Manager and delivering high standards. You will work a 35-hour rota across five days in seven, including weekends, with opportunities for progression and apprenticeships; Level 3 Food Safety is desirable, and a strong work ethic is essential.
