Connect Appointments is recruiting a Night Shift Coachbuilder to join the UK's leading manufacturer of specialist temperature-controlled and bespoke commercial vehicles, based at their Dunfermline facility.

n

Our client is a long-established, family-owned business with over 65 years of engineering excellence and a strong reputation for quality and innovation across the commercial vehicle industry.

What's on offer?

• Full-time permanent position

n

• Sunday to Thursday, 8pm to 6:30am

n

• 13.36 to 15.88 per hour + 3.08 shift allowance

n

• Overtime and bonuses available

n

• 33 days holiday per year

n

As a Coachbuilder, your duties will include:

n

n
• Assembling mechanical components to engineering specifications using hand and power tools

n

• Performing quality checks throughout the assembly process and resolving build issues

n

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately

n

• Collaborating with other departments to improve build flow

n

• Maintaining accurate build records and a clean, safe work environment

n

n

To be considered as a Coachbuilder, you will need:

n

n
• Experience in mechanical assembly or coachbuilding

n

• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

n

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality

n

• A team-focused approach with good problem-solving skills

n

• Basic IT skills for job tracking
