What You’ll Learn
As an Apprentice Packing Operative, you will receive structured training and mentoring while gaining valuable workplace experience. You will learn how to:
Pack bakery products safely and efficiently
Check product quality and presentation standards
Operate packing equipment and machinery safely
Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
Understand production targets and efficiency measures
Work as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team
Support stock rotation and product traceability requirements
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who:
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
Enjoy working as part of a team
Have good attention to detail
Can follow instructions and procedures
Are interested in developing a long-term career in food manufacturing
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
