Isio’s Employee Benefits team seeks a Senior Consultant to lead client relationships and drive growth across risk/health portfolios. You will shape strategic direction, deliver expert advice on large benefit schemes, and expand the client base in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage renewals and tenders, produce high-quality reports, and collaborate across Isio to deliver holistic wellbeing solutions. Prior Health & Wellbeing experience and CII progress are valued.
