Connect-AI in Bristol is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to build and lead a small engineering team, delivering Python-based SaaS products while staying close to code.
You’ll hire first 2–3 engineers, set engineering standards, own frontend and backend delivery, Linux infrastructure, and work with CEO on roadmap.
3 days per week in the office, salary up to £100k plus stock options; UK right to work required.
