Public Sector Bid Manager – Hybrid, Growth & Proposals

Scarlet Selection is seeking a Bid Manager to drive growth in the public sector, coordinating research, opportunity discovery and proposal development.

You will own the end-to-end bid lifecycle for government contracts, writing high-quality proposals and managing submission processes. The role is hybrid, with home working and one day per week in the office to stay connected.

Applicants should have proven government bid success, strong motivation and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
