Willow Lodge in Redhill seeks a Clinical Deputy Manager to lead the clinical team, support the home manager and oversee rotas, annual leave, training and attendance records. You will liaise with authorities, conduct clinical assessments and contribute to daily leadership reporting.

Strong safeguarding knowledge, CQC compliance and people-focused care are essential. You will be on-call out of hours to support the team and ensure continuity during manager absences at Willow Lodge.
