Assistant Site Manager – Fast-Paced New Build Homes (York)

Fawkes & Reece are seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a temporary role on a 2-5 bed new build housing development in York. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with national house-builders, strong organisation, and a hands-on approach to safety and quality.

Applicants should hold SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and demonstrate ability to lead site teams, coordinate trades, and maintain programme schedules on busy sites.
