Caretech’s Spark of Genius division in Drumbank near Edinburgh is seeking a compassionate Residential Childcare Worker. You will provide therapeutic, trauma-informed care to children who have faced adversity, building trusting relationships and supporting daily routines, education, health appointments and activities.

You will join a dedicated team, contribute to care planning and records, and receive training in trauma-informed approaches.
