Wine Store Trainee Manager — Leadership Path to Store Manager

Majestic Wine Bangor is seeking a Grade 3 Trainee Manager to complete a 12-month development programme aimed at building operational, service and leadership skills to become a Store Manager. You will act as a brand ambassador, driving store sales and supporting junior team members.

The role is based in Bangor with a salary of £29,080.48 per annum, full-time, 44 hours per week, on-site. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between nearby stores are required.
