What you will be doing
- Driving occupancy across private offices, coworking memberships, meeting rooms, and event spaces
- Building relationships locally to generate new business opportunities and referrals
- Managing enquiries and converting prospects into long-term clients
- Leading a high-performing on-site team to deliver exceptional service standards
- Overseeing day-to-day centre operations, presentation, and client experience
- Managing centre budgets, costs, and commercial KPIs
- Creating a vibrant member community through engagement and events
- Acting as the face of the brand within the local market
What we are looking for
- Experience within coworking, serviced offices, hospitality, premium retail, events, or private members clubs
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving revenue
- Experience leading teams and managing site performance
- A confident relationship builder who enjoys networking and winning business
- Passion for customer experience and premium service delivery
- Highly organised with strong operational ownership
- £50,000 basic salary with OTE up to £60,000
