Tenancy Operations Lead – Property & Legal (Birmingham)

Carter Jonas is seeking an experienced Tenancy Operations Manager to join our Infrastructure Asset Management team in Birmingham. You will manage tenancy matters across a diverse portfolio, ensuring lease events, notices and legal processes are delivered efficiently and to client specifications.

You will work with clients, tenants, legal representatives and internal stakeholders to drive service excellence and improve processes. Proven leadership in property or legal environments is advantageous.
