Retail Trading Lead: Stock & Promotions

Morrisons in Whitehaven is seeking a Trading Manager to lead store-wide trading routines, ensure product availability, run promotions, and maintain safe, compliant aisles. You’ll report to the Store Manager and bring a hands-on leadership approach.

You will manage shift rotas, attendance and training to empower colleagues across departments, drive performance against targets, and collaborate with other store teams to keep operations running smoothly.
