Compassionate Caregiver for Long-Term Resident Care

Regency Healthcare Limited is seeking a dedicated Carer to support long stay care residents in the Home. You will focus on delivering high-quality care within individualised plans and ensuring a friendly, sociable environment that promotes residents’ physical and emotional well-being.

You will report regularly to the Supervisor and participate in training, both in‑home and, where directed, externally. The role may include additional duties at the discretion of the Supervisor or Manager.
