Director Project Management

Overview

In this role you will lead and grow the Project Management offering across the North, overseeing diverse client relationships and a regional team. You’ll balance strategic guidance with delivery, shaping growth plans and ensuring high-quality project outcomes across commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to expand the service line while mentoring staff and driving best practice. This position offers significant autonomy, visibility, and opportunity to influence the region’s market presence.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the regional Project Management team
• Growing relationships with developers, investors, occupiers and asset managers
• Delivering high-quality project management services across a varied project portfolio
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Supporting and mentoring team members
• Driving best practice and consistency across project delivery
• Contributing to regional growth plans and business strategy
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple service lines

Key requirements

• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent
• Strong consultancy background within project management
• Experience delivering commercial property projects across multiple sectors
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercially aware with a track record of winning work
• Established network within the Northern property market
